It was created in 2017 by Dimitris Leonidas with lots of love. It is nestled in Tsakalof street, one of the most upscale districts in Kolonaki. After many years in Food service, his artistic nature drove him to build Dharma, a perfect resemblance of a theater foyer.
Dharma is the way to completion. Its cozy setting is a well-rounded option for a night out. Head Bartender, Hlias Daskalakis, accompanied by Dimitris Chatzis and Thomas George, create an absolute experience.

Hlias Daskalakis
Hlias Daskalakis, who stems from Ermoupolis, Syros, a true gem of Cycladic islands, he is the Head Bartender of Dharma since 2018. His philosophy when he makes a cocktail list is to use fresh herbs and greek ingredients.
He travels often with the purpose to discover new techniques that will help him add the extra something in his cocktails.
Together with his associates, Dimitris Chatzis and Thomas George are trying to create drinks with minimal character.
They wish, in other words, their cocktails to be a Greek origin’s reminder. He is a fan of country’s local products and avoids frozen ingredients.
