Enthusiast of Greek cuisine and quality raw materials with an emphasis on elegant presentation, Dimitris Tziovaras, business partner of Executive Chef Sotiris Evangelou and Chef de Cuisine at the award-winning Salonica restaurant of Makedonia Palace, composed a diverse food tasting menu, which was combined with imaginative cocktails in an excellent bar-restaurant literally on the beach.
Seafood had first call, in its freshest form with minimal interventions from the kitchen and delicate techniques, in order to bring out its flavor and aroma.
Fresh oysters, scallops, cappuccino with shrimps, sea bass tartare, lobster with an aromatic crust, but also spaghetti with seafood and botargo were some of the dishes that impressed the more than 90 guests, who graced the food tasting event with their presence.
Oasis Beach Bar and Gastro Entertainment is an all day venue that offers breakfast, cocktails and food with an emphasis on quality and local ingredients. Amazing service with very polite and genuinely happy staff. The food is of a high standard and just the fact that the kitchen is in open view means that quality and cleanliness are given.
The facilities are incredible, the beach looks like a private beach from an acoustic and visual point of view, nevertheless it is available for every visitor! The service at the restaurant was very professional. However, even at the beach bar, the welcome was very warm and not a moment passed that we didn’t feel familiar with the space.

His breakfasts, from authentic fresh local ingredients, cooked with love and taste! The atmosphere is amazing. You can enjoy romantic evenings, relax and calm down gazing at the endless blue. If you find yourself on the island, you must definitely visit it!
