Hospitality Ambassadeurs bring together expertise in hotel operations, gastronomy and contemporary hospitality, offering Hotel Reservations Management for boutique properties and villas, Travel & Hospitality Content for hospitality and F&B businesses, tourism brands and destinations, and Menu Consulting with a focus on contemporary Greek gastronomy.
The team includes Dimitra Dolianiti, Founder & Hospitality Consultant, with experience across hotel operations, guest experience, reservations and travel & hospitality content, and Konstantinos Kovaios, Co-Founder & Executive Chef, whose professional background includes luxury hotels and a specialisation in contemporary Greek gastronomy and menu consulting. Depending on the scope of each project, the team is joined by selected external collaborators with expertise in their respective fields.
From experience to practice
The editorial journey of Hospitality Ambassadeurs also includes Travel Cuisine, a print project for which the team was responsible for content curation and editorial direction, distributed across selected hospitality and F&B businesses, museums and VIP locations.
The work of Hospitality Ambassadeurs has also gained international recognition through the British LUXlife Hospitality Awards 2026, receiving two distinctions: Best Hospitality & Gastronomy Experience Design Consultancy 2026 – Greece and Hospitality Innovation Award 2026 – Greece.
