The firm operates in Greece since 2015 with the vision to revamp Tsikoudia.
The products obtain flavors with raw materials, which originate from Greek countryside such as orange, mastic and pomegranate.
Byraki Flavor is divided into 4 main categories:
Tsikoudia or Cretan Raki (38% vol. alc)
Rakomelo (20% vol. alc). A family recipe with Raki,Cretan honey,Cinnamon & Clove
Byraki flavor (25% vol. alc) Strawberry,Cherry,Watermelon,Peach,Cinnamon,Mint,Blueberry,Chocolate & Caramel
Byraki flavor (16 & 17 % vol. alc) Mastic, Tangerine, Orange, Pomegranate, Rose, Coffee, Banana, Lemon, Bergamot, Strawberry, Mint, Blueberry & Cherry

Its authenticity ,as a Greek product, was recognized by the Greek state and was awarded with the Greek Mart.
It is also known for several synergies and partnerships with local communities. Those of considerable interest are the ones with Heraklion Port Authority, Ηeraklion Airport “N. Kazantzakis” and Region of Crete. Visitors of Greece had the privilege to taste Greek products and become acquainted with tradition’s treasures.

Since early 2020, the company managed to travel beyond Greek borders. You may take a great pleasure of tasting its products in Cyprus, Netherlands and Australia (in collaboration with Dias Imports based in Melbourne).
