Dexamenes Seaside Hotel is a minimalistic hotel in Western Peloponnese with a thought provoking architecture elevating guests’ experience.
Dexamenes Seaside Hotel features a thought provoking architecture elavating original hotel experience and modern design. An abandoned wine factory with a history dating back to the early 1900s inspired Nikos Karaflos, an entrepreneur-turned hotelier to contact K-studio and transform it to a visually impressive minimalistic hotel. A conscious- travel resort with an earthy feel.
For me hospitality is all about materializing creative ideas. Concepts showcasing area’s history, experience through art, wine, nature and local culture. My studies, the way I perceive things and most importantly my travels around the world have showed me how important is to act in a meaningful way and leave a social mark.

Two original stone-out buildings provide the hotel with in-house dining.
This elegant property reveals its unique soul and character alongside its modern aesthetics. 2 concrete blocks of tanks, are converted into 4 neat rows of deceptively luxurious rooms. A shallow pool oozes brightness and class. Concrete cut from the tanks to create openings has been used for stepping stones in the pool as well as tables in the lounge pavilion.
The establishment, maintaining its industrial origins, displays in an elegant and artistic way hand-made linen beachwear in the hotel’s boutique, as the space opens out onto the serene courtyard and beautiful terraces.
Bedrooms facing the courtyard offer privacy while beachfront rooms are connected by a wide promenade path along the edge of the beach composing an idyllic place to be.
Dexamenes Seaside Hotel is a paradise of cultural activities. Throughout the summer season, a vibrant and colorful program of arts events take place with resident artists presenting a wide variety of performances and exhibitions.
