The Role: To support the Head Chef in the smooth operation of the entire kitchen, from Chefs training to Food Cost Control and Menu development.A key focus will be the ongoing training and coaching of the kitchen brigade, overall food consistency, order placement and ensure all HACCP procedures are followed to the highest of standards.

The Role
- As F&B Service Manager, you will report to the Operations Director being able to assume in the future the role of Duty Manager functions in his absence.
- You will be responsible for the flow of service operations in the property’s Food and Beverage operations.
- Design and development of F&B offer adapting to clients needs and the evolution of demand. Define prices, products, menus in conjunction with the Executive chef and under supervision of the Hotel Management
- Supervise the correct implementations of all company SOP, its value ensuring the correct brand treatment.
- Perform cost of purchase orders and stock(COGS) in conjunction with the Purchase and Cost Control Manager
- Identify problems that may arise and be able to undertake new strategies to achieve the optional level of revenue.
- Identify, train, develop, direct and retain internal talents.
The Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B in a busy day to day operation of an all-day dining restaurant & cocktail’s bar
- Degree in Tourism or similar (Postgraduate or Master studies in F&B Management will be positively valued)
- Spanish and English proficiency (Dutch, Flemish or French will be valued)
- Experience in team management, leadership, customer orientation, business skill, as well as planning and organization skills
