At the workshop, baked on order croissants and handmade bread , with classic flavors as well as modern, multiethnic varieties from China, Middle East and South America will be daily prepared. An authentic nationwide compound of scents, tastes and aromas.

Until Christmas season, the workshop will complete all the essential procedures in order to fully meet ISO food safety standards.

A significant part of Marinos Kosmas Pastry & Bakery’s collection concerns people with special dietary requirements(vegan, gluten free, dairy free, eggless),all prepared in a separate, specially designed workstation. Adopting a healthy & contemporary approach on people’s habits and way of life, pastry Chef Marinos Kosmas and his team do the extra mile in regards to taste performance.

An outdoor place, like a patio, where premium coffee and tea blends accompanied with cookies, puff pastry creations & croissants will be served during daytime,is on Marinos’s upcoming plans.When the sun sets, wine & dessert tastings and more surprises will be taken place.
