During the hotel’s construction period, excavations brought to light an ancient workshop, dated back in 5000 years ago. The people of Milos used the workshop to construct obsidian swords, arrows and hunting materials. Visitors can admire all the exhibits being displayed at the Archaeological Museum of Milos.

Thanks to the archaeologists’ donation to the owner’s family appreciating their generous assistance, some obsidian stones adorn the hotel’s main bar.
