Overoll is the first original croissanterie in Athens. Not a shop but an experience of freshly made artisanal croissants, tastes and emotions.
Overoll Croissanterie, opened its doors for all the croissant lovers on November 2020 in the center of Athens, at 27 Praxitelous street. The idea came from three young and promising pastry chefs, Alkis Zervas, Ioannis Kikiras and Spyros Pappas, who had the desire to bring in Athens, the taste of classic French croissants.
In their daily lives, the three partners are called to create many different and elaborate delicacies, but the warmth and taste of the puff pastry was and is a great love of all three. Their passion for the French confectionery and especially croissants, led them into opening the first authentic croissanterie in Athens.
The inspiration around the product and the whole style of the space, came from abroad, and specifically from Australia and the Lune Croissanterie and Rollers Bakehouse. The first, more industrial and the other warmer and cozy, gave inspiration to the partners, who created an environment with a warm character and funky mood and colors.
The sense of intimacy and warmth that every customer feels when entering Overoll, is exactly what Alkis, Giannis and Spyros aimed to achieve.
When entering Overoll or even watching from the street, one can see the window case filled with croissants. This element creates and inviting mood to the passers-by and welcomes them to have a taste of the croissants, if they succeed!
The purpose of the open space workshop, was to evoke a feeling of curiosity to the customers, making them to enter the shop and see what is happening inside. This way, the customer becomes a participant in the process of creating a croissant.

Today, there is an array of new products available, such as chocolate, almond, pistachio and chestnut spreads, as well as white, dark and milk chocolate beverages. All the products sold in Overoll, are made with a lot of love in the store workshop.
When it comes to product quality, all three partners had decided, from the beginning of their collaboration, that they would not sacrifice in the slightest the quality of their croissants.
That’s why they choose the best ingredients, starting from the basics like butter and flour, to the fruits and vegetables used in each croissant.
The same goes for coffee products, choosing Taresso as a selected partner, due to their high-quality artisanal coffee.

Overoll is open on weekdays and Saturdays from 8:00 until 16:00.
