A few words about the Chef
Konstantinos Koveos is Executive Chef at Athens Coast and London Hotel in Glyfada, Athens.
He was born in Marousi, Athens and resides in Glyfada. Ηis family has strong ties with Iraklia, in Cyclades.
He loves Greek creative cuisine. Every dish is an ode to Greek gastronomy and local producers.
He worked for prestigious hotel chains such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts(Astir Palace Vouliagmeni & Arion Resort & Spa)and Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts.
He worked in Wagamama Golden Hall Athens and immersed in Asian cuisine.
He gained great experience in the former Jackson Hall restaurant, one of the most historic places in Kolonaki and an attraction pole for celebrities of the Athenian lifestyle.
He is treasurer and board member of Acropolis-Chef’s Club of Attica
He is Food Columnist at Bostanistas and Protagon.
