Rum...”the consistency of the bar”
A spirit of exceptional pleasure but simultaneously of history “sets” in your glass a narrative dated back in the 17th century until present time. Starting as a “partner” in the sugar industry, it is currently one of the most popular spirits with fans and enthusiasts of the kind.
Certainly, it owns a turbulent life as it passed through stormy seas: from a currency as a disbursement of slaves, a stimulant for English sailors and an alter ego of pirates, was the main source of inspiration for writers and artists as well as the best companionship and huddle of the nobility.
From a particularly heavy and caustic spirit it has evolved with a personality that is robust but extremely refined with huge leaps that look equally at whiskey but of course at cognac as well.
It is clearly in its most premium version with a range of aged labels with a drastic, renewed and powerful character for real straight drinking and bar nights.

Gin is one of the most popular alcoholic beverages due to its use in a huge number of cocktails. The basis of the gin is the coniferous plant Juniper and specifically the seeds of the plant. Juniper, or by its scientific name “Juniperus”, belongs to the cypress family and it is probably familiar with the name cedar.
The long-lived and of course well-known Gin, carries a long history which is alleged to have started somewhere in 1575.
Essentially, it is an official date of birth, with the establishment of the Bols company, known to this day for the production of alcoholic beverages. Of course, it carries more years on its “back”, since before the 16th century its “ancestor” was produced, as the history of most distilleries in the monasteries of the Netherlands instructs.

It was rightfully made a great king. During the prohibition era it was one of the main headliners and on the renowned Cunard cruises it was the most celebrated drink of the high-society.

It formed the basis of noted cocktails and finally with its sword it won the titles of recognition and nobility, which both taste and aroma deserve. Cool and versatile, it has a long flavor profile as well as a series of unique labels that originate a trend and proposition for both bartenders and consumers.
