Since 2003, it, operated as a mezze restaurant focusing on providing fine quality. Vasilis Kostakis, the man behind its concept, runs the restaurant since 2013 and is driven by his love to discover new eclectic and traditional flavors in all parts of Greece. He always seeks and finds the finest Greek products to use, from Crete and Cyclades to Macedonia and Thrace.
Amongst his dishes you will come across Greek, Minor Asian and Mediterranean recipes enhanced with elements of the contemporary culinary art.
In fact, he has been chosen as Chef Ambassador by the prestigious institution of Food Festival in Thessaloniki in 2019, worthily represented by his Chef, Michalis Adamidis.
