Source of the fuzz is Barbaro Athens, which opens its doors on Thursday January 11, 2024 at the most intimate neighborhood in Athens with an individualistic “Grande” Opening, raising the glasses and embarking on a glamorous journey of flavors.
The city’s new culinary spot is introducing itself to its public and getting set for a brand new all day trend for gatherings of eclectic flavors & cozy ambience. In a unique aesthetic setting that makes the difference with an aesthetic inspired entirely by the architecture of the Mediterranean signed by the interior designer Sakis Kyriakidis and the Graphic Designer Eirini Michalopoulou, transports guests to a minimal space-time captivating, special and genuinely imaginative.
Barbaro Athens is ready to stir the senses with a Mediterranean cuisine where the Greek tradition plays a leading role, originates the ultimate experience revoking memories. Suffice to say that the menu was compiled by the Executive Chef, Lambros Zisis, while at the restaurant’s kitchen your palate will ‘meet’ the Chef, Thanasis Koulpas. Selected wine labels from the Greek & international vineyard along with signature cocktails harmoniously & laterally accompany the dish of your recommendation.
