Ramino, opened its doors for the first time in December 2015 as a classic Italian restaurant under the roof of Kastellorizo group.
From the very first moment,”italian lovers” of Glyfada and the surrounding areas, embraced the stability and high quality of Kastelorizo group,presenting a new profile of an Italian trattoria.

Beautifully decorated space, dominated by the color of copper, stone and beautiful structured plants throughout the whole area.

Great emphasis has been given in details, in all areas from the beginning until present.

Recently, there has been an outdoor area, nicely decorated with suspenders on the sidewalk part of the shopping center of Glyfada.
The same importance in detail is followed by the acclaimed staff of the hall, with beautiful leather aprons, reminiscent of a restaurant in Rome, always with a smile and professionalism.
The surprise came last March, where the award-winning chef Kafaloukos Vassilis and his team took over ,after a successful presence at the distinguished Frati in Kifissia.
This transcription brought new air to the restaurant,between classic Italian cuisine and culture with modern culinary techniques, presenting Chef’s signature dishes, introducing familiar but highly creative flavors.

You can try a modern twist of Vitello Tonnato with veal pastrami, served with a bar of tuna cream, decorated with radish caviar & spicy garlic mayonnaise.
Classic crispy bruschetta, are made with handmade bread, anchovy butter & tomato trilogy, along with croaker fish,following the classic way the Italians do the guanciale (pork cheeks) with a spicy crust, brined in perfection.

The choices are endless, from handmade pasta to pizzas, thin and crunchy as in northern Italy, fresh seafood and high quality Black Angus veal tagliata and many more!
Special reference should be made at desserts, where although not many in number, are really handpicked, blending classic & modern aspect.
To sum up,it would be a great omission not to give credit to the restaurant which changes the menu twice a year, focusing on creativity, making it quite difficult to pick your next plate!
