Metaxari Vidiano is the first choice served in your glass and acquires a complex aromatic character of pale lemon, unripe apricot and green botanical allusions recommending a wine, which features buttery texture with ripe peach lifting off pleasure. The most impressive part however is the acidity as it is finely crafted granting an extremely long aftertaste.
Subsequently, the variety Syrah (Metaxari Syrah) comes in turn to uniquely “shake up” your experience. This particular wine is produced by bleeding at 4 degrees Celsius for 10 hours and then follows the classic white vinification.
