It is the sparkling wine inspired by the addition of pine resin during its fermentation, which is produced by the most gentle and slow method.
The so-called traditional method of champagne (methode traditionnelle) which involves a second fermentation in the bottle.
Yes, it is the first sparkling resin in the world celebrating this year propitiously 5 Christmas seasons! It is produced in 5000 bottles of 750ml per year and encloses one more word besides the above: Tradition.

Its creator, Mr. Vassilis Nikolou, narrates:
“The idea for sparkling retsina comes from the past: the winemakers of that time were looking for the resins from barrels” MANA “in the taverns of old Athens, as they called them, that is, the resins that had been fermented in barrel and preserved a lot of carbonate “.
The modern version of resin, Botanic, acquires the features that render it an innovative qualitative sparkling wine.
